South India is in the truest sense an oasis of geographical delights and cultural extravaganza. Inside its peripheries some of the mightiest of cultures and dynasties have originated and flourished.

This tour starts with tour to Hyderabad - "City of NIZAMS" and visit Charminar, The Charminar is as much the signature of Hyderabad as the Taj Mahal is of Agra or the Eiffel Tower is of Paris, then we will take a tour to Gulbarga via Bidar known for a tiny district steeped in history.

The Fort, the Cannons, Palaces in ruins, the magnificent tombs, and the massive monuments, during this South India tour we will also visit Bijapur, Badami, Hospet, Hampi - also known as ‘ The Fort Of Victory – VIjayanagara, Dandeli.

Before terminating the tour we will visit GOA - one of the best beach destinations of India and very popular for its different culture, and enjoying the nightlife.

This tour will terminate with a tour to Mumbai - The financial capital of India also known as the "city of Dreams" has the setup of Bollywood (Indian films) which also have the UNESCO World Heritage Site ELEPHANTA CAVES, the perfect finishing end to this tour to South India

Tour Plan

DAY 1: ARRIVE HYDERABAD (FLIGHT)

Welcome to India- a country where hospitality is a way of life ; to a culture steeped in tradition, a land where history lives in music and dance. Our representative will receive you at the airport in a traditional manner and escort you to your hotel for check in.
Overnight at Hydrabad.
Meal: No Meal

DAY 2: HYDERABAD

The morning after breakfast proceed for a full day sightseeing of in Hyderabad.
Visit: Charminar the signature of Hyderabad. It is a magnificent square edifice of granite, built upon four grand arches facing North, South, East, and West, Mecca Masjid - A hundred yards southwest of the Charminar is the Mecca Masjid, so named because the bricks were brought from Mecca to build the central arch, Salar Jung Museum - A collection of art objects by Nawab Salar Jung III, this museum houses magnificent exhibits of European and Indian paintings and statuary), Tank Bund - (Hyderabad's most popular promenade, the Tank Bund dams the Hussain Sagar lake. It is lined with 33 statues of famous personalities of the state
Overnight at Hydrabad.

DAY 3: HYDERABAD - BIDAR – GULBARGA (275 KMS. 5 ½ HRS. DRIVE)

Morning after breakfast drive to Bidar. The Fort, the Cannons, Palaces in ruins, the magnificent tombs and the massive monuments, all combine to make a visit to the one-time capital of the Bahamani and Barid Shahi dynasties. Later proceed to Gulbarga, on arraival check into the hotel.
Evening free to explore the city.
Overnight at Gulbarga.

DAY 4: GULBARGA – BIJAPUR (155 KMS. 3 ½ HRS. DRIVE)

Morning after an early breakfast proceed for the sightseeing of Gulbarga. A unique synthesis of Hindu and Muslim cultures. We will start our tour with the Fort. The most important monument in Gulbarga is probably the Khwaja Bande Nawaz Dargah. The tomb of the great Sufi saint, Khwaja Syed Mohammead Gesu Daraz. After sightseeing continue drive to Bijapur, Up on arraival check into the hotel.
Evening free at Leisure.
Overnight at Bijapur.

DAY 5: BIJAPUR – BADAMI (125 KMS. 2 ½ HRS DRIVE.)

Morning after breakfast set your turn for the short drive to the Gol Gumbaz, the tomb of Mohammed Adil Shah, boasts of the second-largest tomb in the world.. Jumma Masjid – has been called one of the finest mosques in India. Further drive to  the capital of early Chalukyas is picturesquely situated at the mouth of a ravine between two rocky hills. Check into the hotel.
Afternoon we make a short drive to visit the Cave temples dedicated to Vishnu and Shiva. Climb a flight of steps to reach the ancient caves, all hewn out of sand stone on the precipice of a hill. Upon arrival check in at hotel.
Overnight at Badami.

DAY 6: BADAMI – HOSPET (130 KMS. 3 ½ HRS DRIVE.)

Morning tour of Badami. Visit North Fort, Banashakari and Mahakuta. After the  sightseeing of Badami proceed your drive to Hospet,upon arrival check in at hotel. Hospet is the nearest small market town, and a base for seeing Hampi. Evening if the time permits visit The Tungabhadra Dam

DAY 7: HOSPET - HAMPI – HOSPET (15 KMS. 40 Minutes)

Morning set your turn for an excursion to Hampi, also known as ‘ THE FORT OF VICTORY – VIJAYANAGARA’, The vast site of monuments and ruins, a mute witness to an era of glories, triumphs and tragedies. The ruins of Hampi, are so majestic and imposing that they leave the visitor totally dumbfounded, awestruck and humbled. Visit the Virupaksha Temple, rises majestically at the western end of long street that was once the famous Hampi bazaar. The only temple at Hampi that is still used for worship. The most splendid monument of Hampi is undoubtedly The Vitthala Temple Complex. The 56 pillars in the main hall produce musical notes when struck. Hampi is full of such surprises.
Overnight at Hospet.

DAY 8 HOSPET – DANDELI (255 KMS. 5 ½ HRS. DRIVE)

Morning after breakfast drive to Dandeli National Park - Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary abounds with a richness of Flora and Fauna. Its richness and diversity offers ample opportunities to nature lovers to enjoy the captivating landscape. The sanctuary is generally undulating with steep slopes with picturesque deep river valleys and rich hilly forest terrain. Late afternoon if the time permits enjoy Safari.

DAY 9: DANDELI – GOA (100 KMS. 3 HRS DRIVE)

Early morning Jungle Safari. Later return to hotel for breakfast further drive down to Go.a (125 Kms).Upon arrival check in at hotel. Evening at Leisure.
Overnight at lGoa.
Meal: Breakfast

DAY 10 GOA

Full day at leisure.(Optional Sightseeing of Old Goa Churches, Beaches,Spice Plantation etc.) Return back to your hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 11: GOA - MUMBAI (FLIGHT)

Morning after  breakfast well in time transfer to airport to board the flight to Mumbai . On arraival at Mumbai airport meet and assistance by our representataive and transfer to Hotel for check in. Rest of the day free at leisure to explore the city.
Overnight at Mumbai.

DAY 12: DEPART MUMBAI (FLIGHT)

Morning after breakfast proceed for the excursion of Elephant caves.
This 4-hour tour takes you from Mumbai to the rock art of the Elephanta Caves of Elephanta Island. On your arrival at the island you will proceed to the Elephanta Caves, which contain a collection of rock art linked to the sect of Shiva. At Elephanta, Indian art found one of its most perfect expressions, particularly in the huge and high reliefs of the main cave.
After the visit to Elephanta caves board the boat  and return back to Gateway of India. A treasured monument that was built to commemorate the visit of King George V and Queen Mary for the Delhi Durbar in 1911. Later well in time transfer to airport to board the flight to onward destination.
